Melissa Casanueva

Raised in Riverview, Florida, Mrs. Casanueva earned her Bachelor of Science from the University of Florida in 2006. She earned her J.D. cume laude and a Certificate of Concentration in Elder Law from Stetson University College of Law in 2013.

Melissa’s practice is focused on estate planning and elder law.

Melissa is active in the legal community, having served as President of the Young Lawyers Division of the Manatee County Bar Association. She also serves as a court appointed-attorney to alleged incapacitated persons in Manatee and Sarasota counties.

Melissa enjoys spending time at Disney with her husband and two children, and taking trips to the wine vineyards in California.
